  • Online Personal Training (Zoom/Google meets)

    Same as in-person, but in the comfort of your own home or garden, or any location. Even if you go on a holiday, you can “take” your PT with you!

    ** Enquire for 1-2 PT and small group training for 3, available In-Person & Online.
