"Making the commitment to train with you was a small, but significant step towards assuming accountability for my mental and physical well-being. Unfortunately, after taking a hiatus from marathon running years ago, I also took a hiatus from a healthy lifestyle in general, hiding behind excuses that I was too busy and stressed to do so.
