  • Agreement

    Read and sign the Client - Trainer Agreement. This legalises the work that we will be doing together, the financial agreement and what you can expect from me as a Coach and what I can expect from you as a client.

  • Onboarding Form

    Complete the onboarding form. This initial review will help me gain an insight into your health needs & goals before we start our journey together.

  • Book your Check-In

    Book your check in call in two weeks’ time from now

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

As previously discussed, once you have completed the above forms and booked your check-in call, let me know and I will confirm that it has all come through correctly.
I will then send you an email with the "ELPT Nutrition, Sleep, Lifestyle Handout" which includes a Cupboard Essential list, videos, podcast, and tips.
The best way to get started: being ahead of the game and beginning to build daily habits towards your health and fitness goals.
